Information from Tysoe

Redundant mobile phones can be turned into a £30 donation to the charity WATERAID – improving access to clean water in the world’s most deprived communities.  So far, 41 phones have been received making a total donation of £1230. If you’d like to help, please drop your old phone off at the Vicarage in Tysoe. Thanks.

Confirmation 2003

To become a full member of the Church of England, and all the Anglican provinces around the world, you need to be confirmed.  The next Confirmation Service is on November 15th.  There will be a short course leading up to it.  The minimum age is 11 (although exceptions have been known) and there is no maximum!  Just by way of information, people confirmed in Tysoe in recent years have been equally divided between adults and under 16s – all ages are, therefore, very welcome.
