Please!

Could I ask the person who has been using the Church dustbin to dispose of their dog's droppings to take the plastic bags home with them.  It really is not much fun to find one small bunch of flowers and four or five extremely smelly bags when I go to put the bin bag out for the dustmen.

I know that there was a note in a recent Oxhill News asking people if they would put dead flowers and wreaths into the bin, but this was not meant to include the above!

Forgive me if I have upset your sensibilities, but spare a thought for mine.
