'Signs of the Times' by - 'The Oracle' A regular posting of confusing, misleading and wholly unnecessary signs and instructions. Number 2 Official Post Office notice displayed in Ettington Stores & PO: 'Customers who need advice should ask a member of staff for help'. The Oracle is grateful for this searing insight, having so often wondered what the correct procedure would be.
