First Responders Mick and Barbara Shepard, First Responders for West Midlands Ambulance Service covering Oxhill and a 4-mile radius. Oxhill residents could, if they wish, contact us direct for serious accidents and medical emergencies after they have dialled 999. If we are at home, or in the area we will respond as quickly as possible. The dedicated ambulance mobile number is 07977149317 (Try this one first) or the home number is 01295680644. We are now able to provide greater daytime cover. Over the past few months we have been attending basic and intermediate IHCD First Person on Scene courses in order to further develop our skills.
