Coffee Morning & Handbell Concert There will be a coffee morning at St. Peter’s Church, Kineton on Saturday October 4th starting at 10 a.m. The event is to raise fund for the augmentation of the ring of bells at St. Peter’s from six to eight. Mugs, shopping bags, draw tickets and Christmas cards will all be on sale, and the ‘Charmborough’ ring of bells will be on show in the Church together with a display on bells and English change ringing. That evening, at 7.30 p.m. in Kineton Village Hall, the Inn Ringers will be giving a handbell concert, twelve ringers using 116 handbells. Tickets are £6 each (£4 under 18’s) and are available in advance from Graham on 01926 641812 or Nick on 642589. There is limited space so pre booking is advisable. |
