Notes of the Oxhill Parish Council
Meeting
Tuesday
8th September 2009 at 8.00pm in the
Village Hall Apologies were received from Tom Heritage. All others Councillors were present. Matters Discussed Finance Audit for year ended 31st March 2009 had been completed and an unqualified audit opinion given. Planning Planning permission had been given for erection of conservatory at “Hamara”. Permission had also been given to fell trees at “Blackford House” and at “Gilks Cottage”. Extension to existing agricultural buildings at Field Forge Farm had been granted. Application to crown lift and shorten lower branches of oak tree at “Brambles” had been returned with no objection. Community Emergency Plan This would be brought up to date. Date of Next Meeting Tuesday 10th November 2009 at 8.00 p.m. in the Village Hall Angela Kean, Clerk |
