Garden Club

This year the garden party took place indoors! We took over the Old Chapel for an evening of food, fun and good company. An elite group enjoyed this lovely venue and appreciated being away from the peculiar summer weather. The spread was delicious, for which we thank Sue and Martin Hunt and those who cooked quiches etc. The entertainment was provided by Pauline, Ruth, Myrtle and Roz, supplemented by Reg’s (corny?) jokes. Thank you, all.

We are all looking forward to our summer trip:

22^nd August day trip to Wells – pick up Oxhill 7.45am; Tysoe 7.55am; Kineton 8am.

While you are out and about this summer remember to get snapping for the photographic competition. Categories are “Summer Flower” and “Winter in the Garden”. Size max 7x5, unmounted, name on back.
