Public Meeting At the public meeting in the Village Hall on 20 Aug, about the application for planning permission at Church Farm, Mr Peter Brittan claimed that the building on the right of the farm drive was constructed without SDC approval. He has since been shown the full approval notice and he has apologised to Paul and Tom Heritage for the mistake, which has been accepted. A copy of the notice of approval is being held by the chairman, Grenville Moore. Also Mr Mike Collins questioned if the Environmental Agency would be notified. I have been assured that this is automatically done by the Planning Authority, along with consultation of the road layout with the County Council. Tom Heritage |
