Tysoe Marionette Group ‘SURREALISTIC PETER and the WOLF’ ‘The Duck gets so excited, she jumps right out of the pond’ as the hungry Wolf eyes up his next meal! But our Duck has an oboe for a neck and our Wolf a French horn for guts! This show carries to the ultimate Prokofiev’s original idea of using musical instruments to represent his Russian characters and offers a unique theatrical blend of his glorious music with magical settings. The backcloth drips with musical instruments hanging from trees! You are in for a unique experience in one of the few residential marionette theatres in the country. We are giving two matinees on Sunday 24th November at 2pm & 4pm in the Barn Theatre, Baldwins Lane, Upper Tysoe, CV35 OTX.
