Night at the Village Hall
The
memory of Robbie Burns was celebrated on January 25th at the Village Hall.
The traditional repast of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties was followed by
excellent entertainment from our Oxhill Scottish contingent as they
regaled
the audience
with tal
es
of
the life a
nd
poetry of Robbie Burns,
the Toast to the Lassies and reply to
the Toast to the
Lassies.
The hall had been very well decorated and the new chairs ensured we all had a comfortable and most enjoyable evening.
