Tysoe W.I. News & Events Tysoe W.I. have enjoyed a busy summer. We had a fabulous afternoon travelling to Evesham on a 1948 bus, followed by an enormous tea whilst cruising along the river, with Pimms in the gardens of one of our members on our return. We hosted a coach trip to Bournemouth which was enjoyed by members and residents, a great day out, even if it was an early start! We took on the responsibility for tea and cakes served from the Pavilion at this years Tysoe Flower show. A huge thank you to everyone who baked cakes and helped on the day, a great team effort. Our next meeting is on Wednesday 7th September at 7.30 - Dogs for Good, (formerly Dogs for the Disabled) with Andy Jenkins. Everyone welcome. Enjoy a glass of wine and nibbles. Forthcoming events: October 5th. Expedition Golden Orange, Mount Kenya and Mount Kilimanjaro with Alan Benjamin October 12th Leaving Tysoe at 1.00, a visit to Guide Dogs centre at Leamington, a tour of the facility, with refreshments to follow.
