Joe Costa Since the passing of Rachel, her son Joe Costa, has been told he will have to vacate his home on Main Street where he has lived with his mother for a number of years. However, there maybe a chance to help Joe remain in his Oxhill home,if anyone would like to write in support of Joe please address your letter to:
