Gardening Club News Gill Hawtin made multi-tasking look so easy at the November meeting as she made Christmas table decorations and gave us interesting narrative on the life and times of a florist. The table centre-pieces were simply assembled and stunning to look at and even after a week of neglect the one Jim won in the raffle is still beautiful. Gill gave us practical tips and inspired us into having a go ourselves with materials very close to hand. The Christmas Party will be at the Saxton’s on Wednesday 15th December at 7 p.m. Please ring Gwyn Adams (680286) to book places and, as this is bring-and-share, say what you will contribute.
